Since 1838 he mainly had lived in Russia and had great influence on the education of Russian pianists. As a composer he contributed stylistic inventive works to musical Romanticism. In 1861 he was ennobled for his artistic and educational contributions.<\/p>\n<p>The International-Adolph-Henselt-Society keeps records, researches and presents the works of Adolph Henselt as well as their historical contexts. The society supports the international artistic, educational and scientific exchange and the musical life in Schwabach.
